Content Marketing + CRM Campaigns for QuickBooks Online
Strategized with Intuit business teams to develop email campaigns encouraging migration from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online.
This client needed targeted, action-oriented emails to persuade dedicated desktop clients to switch to an online financial management tool. Working with various business-team leaders and stakeholders, as well as a dedicated designer, I delivered fresh copy with numerous “mix and match” options to reach specific Intuit audiences including first-time users, accountants and dedicated desktop clients.
All of these large-scale email campaigns included persuasive themes, technology-focused “reasons to believe” and opportunities for product comparisons. For each one, I created extensive copy on a very tight deadline and incorporated feedback from Intuit stakeholders generated during detailed reviews throughout the creative process.
